Few More Updates

Here are a few more updates.

1) Jenny is doing great, cleared to leave the hospital as soon as the girls are.

2) Makena and Naomi are doing fine, but small. Makena is 1.9 kg's and Naomi is 1.8 kg's but they are stable (no longer losing weight). We need for them to reach 2 kgs before they are released from the hospital. Jenny has been breast feeding, but the girls don't seem to get quite enough so we are supplementing their feeding by "topping them off" with formula. They have also installed a heater in Jenny's room (yes a heater in Nairobi). Evidently the girls lose weight because of trying to stay warm. Keeping it hot, improves their chances for gaining wight. It's also a great weight loss plan for Jenny or any other adult who happens to hang out in the room all day! :) Best case scenario at this point is that they will be released on Thurs. or Friday of this week. No other (apparent) problems at this point.

3) Todd is back in Machakos, trying to teach this week. Emphasis on word TRYING. Lord I need grace this week.

4) B/C Jenny is still in the hosptial, Isaiah, Nate, and Becky (Jenny's mom) are visiting Machakos this week. We will return to Nairobi on Wednesday Night or Thursday morning.
